Delete your SNLE Brain account

SNLE Brain, for the Saudi Nursing Licensure Exam

In the app

The quickest way, on iPhone, iPad or Android:

1. Open SNLE Brain and sign in with the account you want to delete.
2. Open the menu and tap your account at the top.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account, then confirm.

If the app asks you to sign in again first, that is a security check: sign out, sign back in, and repeat the steps.

Without the app

If you can no longer open the app, ask us to delete your account for you: email [email protected]. Tell us the email address you signed in with (or that you used Sign in with Apple’s “Hide My Email”). We will delete the account within 30 days and confirm when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your account and the email address it holds.
• All your study data: your answers, right and wrong questions, bookmarks, changed answers, notes and the pictures in them, and your saved quizzes.

What is kept, and for how long

• Crash reports are kept by Firebase Crashlytics for up to 90 days, then deleted automatically. They hold no study data.
• How everyone answered each question is a running count across all users. Your past answers stay in those totals, but nothing in them identifies you.
• Things on your device, such as cached questions and your settings, stay until you delete the app.
